In 1964 Mr Gaspari
Antonio starts building and trading agricultural
equipments, activity that nowadays is successfully
attended by two of his sons, Giuseppe and Emanuele.
In the beginning it has to be
only a seasonal work providing different kinds of
machines, depending on the period of the year. In
January, February and March was the time to build
weed killing machines, April, May and June
atomizers and irrigation machineries; July and
August were dedicated to the construction of carts
for the grape harvest, October November and
December to produce earth working machineries as
harrows and ploughs.
In 1982 Giuseppe starts dedicate himself to
his father’s firm and to attend the technical
aspects of the work, but later on, in 1988
it will be Emanuele to follow the firm in
its administrative and commercial aspects.
RICOSMA has always satisfied
the requests of its customers making easy DOC
vineyards growing, just as Soave and Valpolicella,
and supplying machinery able to facilitate
agricultural work in typical realities of the
region of Basso Vicentino, just like the open
field, in which are now largely diffused tobacco
and potato growing.
From 1995 RICOSMA boasts
its presence at Fieragricola of Verona and
from 5 years, also its participation at
EIMA of Bologna.
In 2003, the fruitful work leads
Giuseppe and Emanuele to take the decision to
move the seat of RICOSMA in a new building
that covers a 1500 square meters area,
comprehensive of a 250 square meters
exposition area for finished products and 250
square meters area in which administrative,
commercial and technical offices are located.
Also RICOSMA has an
additional open area of over 3500 square
meters for storage and warehousing.
